Programming Method:

PROGRAMMING INFORMATION: Programming is a simple process that will take you only a few minutes to complete and if you get stuck we're here to help. Note: Programming will work ONLY for the upper half of the keyfob (lock, unlock, trunk, panic buttons). Immobilizer chip which is in the lower part of the keyfob needs to be programmed by a dealer or an automotive locksmith before it will start your car. 1. You do need 2 keys. 2. You must be able to lock the driver’s door and have the red led alarm light next to the lock button blink. 3. If the red led alarm light next to the lock button does NOT blink, the alarm does not know the door is closed and will not go into program mode. 4. Put one key in the ignition switch, turn on, do not start engine. 5. Close the door. 6. use 2nd key 7.turn door lock 8. and hold in lock position for 10 seconds. 9. Release key to neutral position. 10. Press a button on the remote 11. within 2 seconds press the same button again 12. the turn signal lights will flash 13.this indicates your remote matches the car system and is now recognized. 14. Unlock door remove key from ignition. So don't pay extra 99 cents to $5 for these instructions in hopes of getting the KEY to function with the car. Instructions are only for the keyless remote, not the key.
