Tutorials -- VW 35xx instrument immo key adapting all key lost

VW 35xx instruments cluster immo(New Jetta, New Santana, Skoda, VW family the fourth generation immo manufactured after year 2013 ) all key lost adapting is an acknowledged head burn problems, many people try and then failed, here we got a new method to solve this tough problem, adapting new cars for VW NEC 35xx instrument cluster all key lost.

In thorey, it's impossible to get the immo code from the eeprom without a working key, because the VW encrypt the 35x instrument. So we can not adapt new key in term of the common methods when all key lost.
But, we can get a alternative instrument cluster which unencrypted sorts such as NEC 24c32,24c64(smart sort), adapt the NEC 24C32 24C64 cluster via ODIS online coding, let the VW server write the original 35xx instrument cluster data into the alternative instrument cluster 24c32 or24c64. When these all done, we can use common methods to adapt 24c32 or 24c64 all key lost, then install the 35xx instrument back after adapting. no need study keys the car can start with the two keys.

Devices & software needed:35xx test cables, VCDS, WDI2 VAG Or K518, CN900, vas5054a, ODIS, VW GEKO ACCOUNT;

How to Process:
1.Use VCDS interface (select the 25th column -immobilizer, advanced identification) to read the 35xx instrument keys ID, and record the lD(take picture or write down on a paper). 
2.Remove the 35xx cluster, install the instrument cluster 24c32 or 24c64 to the car, use VAS5054 and ODlS software to perform immobiliser online adapting (Select 25th column -immobilizer, adapting immobilizer), stop before adapting keys, EXIT ODIS.
3.Use VVDI2 VAG or other vag key programmer which support all keys lost to adapt new keys for 24c32 or 24c64 instruments: manually input the keys ID we record on the first step. Use VVDl2 and 35xx testing cables to adapting 24c32 or 24c64 instrument keys on bench, there will be 6 steps, 1 to 5 steps, we follow it's notification.
4.Select the stpe 6: click WDl2 "read immobilizer data", the interface will display VIN, CS code,PIN code etc, all the key position is FFFFFFF, Blank. input the keys ID manually into the first and second key position. then click "write immobilizer data", the two original car key ID already been writen into the eeprom.
5.Click "generate the distributor keys": select the car brands and models, then select the OEM keys, select generate key1 or key2, then click "generate distributor keys", done.
6.Install the original 35xx instrument cluster to car directly, the car can start with the two keys: the two keys no need study, because their lD is the same as ID in the 35xx instrument.

Note:for fear the ABS code lost, better get the ECU and instrument adapting on bench, recommend buy the dedicated 35xx test cables, no need adapting on the car, decrease the risk of code lost.
