GSM gear shift module common fail issues:
-no gearbox
-the GSM rotary selector would not raise up , and would not rotate, no brake sw clunk , no illumination of GSM switches and no selection indicator light , dash saying gearbox fault , electronic handbrake fault. car still starts and runs and the handbrake still works , but wont budge an inch...
in this case, you have to repar or replace it with a new GSM module.
