If your company can't run D-CAN, pls run the repair software, then there will generate a file under C disk , name is: host_information. Then pls send the file to us, we will analyze the problem, and email you.

Followed installation instructions but can not get Gt1 to work. Program shows connection but does not connect to vehicle. Please advise

This is the scanner that you has recommended to me for my BMW 728IA chassis E38 of the year 1996.
The software has spanish language?
In spite of works in windows XP, would it work in windows 7?
Would how much cost the sending to Spain?

Hello, it is only english version, it works on windows XP.
The shipping fee to spain by DHL is 36usd, by mail post is 24usd.
